How It Works
When placing an order online, insert your chosen 4 pin code after your surname so it appears on the delivery slip e.g. P Johnson 7822.
The postman/courier then knows your code and moves the numbers on your lock, so your code appears, and then the box will open.
They will leave your parcel inside and after closing the door, moves the numbers to relock.

This lockable Parcel Keep box is right for you if you are often out or slow to answer the door when a delivery arrives. It allows you to provide a secure location for your Royal Mail letters and parcels awaiting collection.
The Removable Parcel Keep Box
Outdoors, Easy and Removable
The parcel keep box can be secured outdoors using a screwdriver and is removable in case you move houses. It is easy to fit and just as easy to remove.
Suitable for Disabled Users
Our Parcel Keep boxes are perfect for everyone, including disabled and wheelchair users, as they can be secured to the property at any height that is comfortable for the user.
Royal Mail will collect outgoing Parcels and Letters for 30p
Simply book your collection with Royal Mail, and fill out the details.
Choose the day you want them to collect. Usually the next day. It is better to print the postage label yourself.
You can be out when Royal Mail come to collect your letter/parcel so you must show your safe place.
My safe place is on their form “other” and in the next line My Sam Squirrel Box and it gives them the code to unlock your box.
